11th January 2023
We are very excited to bring to your attention not 1 but 2 exciting Science competitions to kick start 2023!
We realise how busy everyone is, how everyone is interested in different elements of Science, therefore we have 2 different competitions running this Spring term. We wanted to tell you about both so you can choose which one interests you the most, but if you can’t choose, go for both!
Firstly, due in on 1st February, is our ‘Celebration of Women in Science’ competition. We are asking children to research & present an A4 fact file, on a Female Scientist, as an eye catching poster. These will be displayed in our School Foyer so we can all learn some new names and facts.
Secondly, coordinating with British Science Week, March 13th -17th, we are pleased to see the return of our hugely successful Science Fair where the children carry out experiments & present their findings in Project form, with this year’s theme being ‘Connections’.
Please keep an eye out of Class Dojo for more information & the entry criteria. With certificates & prizes available we hope to see a record breaking number of fantastic entries.
