The summer holidays can be a time to relax, recharge and take a break. It’s important that you and your children look after your mental wellbeing during the break. The following links from Anna Freud Mentally Healthy Schools contain activities and guidance to help support and boost your child's mental wellbeing over the summer holiday.

Healthy Dudley - New Website
www.healthydudley.co.uk is the new web address for Dudley’s public health and wellbeing advice and information.
The council’s website provides local, regional and national facts and resources. It covers all life stages from pregnancy and early life to healthy ageing.
Get the latest intelligence and join in with campaigns, projects and local activities. There are also resources to help plan for later life, cook healthy recipes, and tools to manage stress and cope with bereavement.
Additionally, the website has details to help you become more active, stop smoking and protect your health.

Cost of living advice and support
Advice and information to support anyone struggling with the rising costs of day-to-day life can be found on the council’s website.
There you will find lots of information on what to do if you need help with household costs, everyday essentials such as food, clothes and medicines, child related costs or are struggling to pay debts.
There’s also advice on budgeting and support for struggling businesses.
