Celebrating SATs Success at Colley Lane Primary Academy

9th July 2024

Today is a wonderful day at Colley Lane Primary Academy as we celebrate the incredible achievements of our Year 6 students in their SATs. Each student has worked diligently, demonstrating resilience and a commitment to their studies that has paid off splendidly. Our pupils have shown not only academic excellence but also personal growth, embodying the values of our school community.

Our teachers have gone above and beyond, providing not just academic support but also the emotional and motivational encouragement needed to help each student reach their potential. Their dedication to fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment has been a cornerstone of our success. The teamwork between staff, students, and parents has been exemplary, showcasing what a united community can achieve.

As we reflect on the journey to these results, we recognise the countless hours of preparation, the challenges overcome, and the milestones achieved. Each test paper completed is a testament to the perseverance and hard work of our students. We also extend our gratitude to the parents and guardians who have been unwavering pillars of support, ensuring that the students were well-prepared and confident.

These results are a testament to the hard work and determination of everyone involved. We are excited to see what the future holds for our students as they move on to the next stage of their educational journey. Congratulations to all our Year 6 students—you have done yourselves and Colley Lane Primary Academy proud! Your success is our success, and we look forward to celebrating more achievements with you in the future.

“We knew the children were amazing and this has proved it. We are above national for Writing and Maths and in line with national figures for Reading. This is a fantastically proud moment for our wonderful community and a sign of our continual focus and dedication to achieve the best academic and personal potential for all our children!” Mr Simpson, Headteacher.
